VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT SECURITY GUARD
To serve the needs of expanding business, Viet Thanh Security Service and Joint Stock Company would like to recruit security guards.
High school graduation. No malformation appearance; good health; good moral quality; no criminal history.
22 – 45 years old (18 – 22 years old for men with mature style)
Height: from 1.65m
Admission priority: demobilized soldiers or police; having security experience; knowing foreign languges; knowing martial arts.
2. Wages and entitlements
+ Salary after probationary period from 4,050,000 VND/month and up to 10,000,000 VND/month, depends on job performance and responsible positions. Salary increases due to seniority.
+ Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance are contracted under State’s provisions.
+ Getting bonuses on April 30th, May 1st and New Year, and the 13th-month-salary on Lunar New Year.
+ Getting annual performance assessment; getting cash bonus due to extraordinary achievements in the line of duty.
+ Company provides accommodations and supports 100% rental fees.
+ Funeral regimes are available for his/her parents and parents-in-law.
+ Company provides uniforms and stationary equipment at no costs.
+ Training time: 1.5 months/course including 15 days studying in classes and 01 month practicing at real places (employees receive probationary salary in 01 month practise)
+ Training expenses: 2,500,000 VND/person/course (totally supported by company)
+ Company arranges accommodations for staff during training time.
4. Obligations of workers
+ Immediately upon being recruited by the company, employees have to pay a deposit of 1,000,000 VND/person. This amount of money shall be binding on the employees’ work for uniforms, equipment and other tools that support employees in working process.
+ After one year employees can withdraw the entire amount if they want to quit or leave for another company (after giving back uniforms, cards, signs and other supporting tools, etc.)
+ Cover letter (handwritten)
+ CV certificated by local authorities
+ Copy of ID card, permanent residence (notarized)
+ Copy of Certificate of birth (notarized)
+ Health certificate (given by a distric health department or equivalent level)
+ A certificate of no criminal history given by commune (ward) police
+ Copy of diploma (notarized), notarized copy of transcripts (if any)
+ Notarized copies of diplomas and other certificates, notarized copies of demobilization decision (if any). Two 4 x 6 photos.
